Adobe Illustrator is able to export AutoCAD Drawing files (.dwg) as Microsoft Windows enhanced metafiles (.emf). However .emz file is only Gzipped .emf file. Export DWG to EMF in Illustrator and after that compress EMF file with gzip and rename file extension to .emz.
