Some embroidery programs offer the possibility of exporting embroidery formats to a DXF CAD file. This will basically export the stitches as vector drawing. AutoCAD can also import some embroidery formats with a proper plugin installed. A dst to dxf conversion is more for fun, than anything useful thought, as stitching machines do not accept CAD formats. However, it would allow to edit the drawing with specialized CAD features.
