Converting Microsoft Word Templates directly to OpenDocument Chart Files (.dotx to .odc conversion) is not possible.
Even though both .dotx and .odc formats are fairly common, it is simply not possible to use a MS Word template for creating an OpenOffice Calc spreadsheet.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert DOTX to ODC directly.
Thus, there is no so-called dotx to odc converter or a free online .dotx to .odc conversion tool.
