Convert DOCX to GDOC

Every time  you import a document to Google Docs documents, a new .gdoc link will be created and saved on your computer (desktop), which acts a way to quickly access your document uploaded to Google Docs. So in case of docx to gdoc conversion, it's just a matter of uploading MS Word documents to Google Docs, but of course it's not actually file conversion per se.
