Convert DOC to CSV

It doesn't seem too straightforward attempting to convert Microsoft Word Documents directly to Comma-Separated Value Files (.doc to .csv conversion). It might only work in certain cases, given your DOC file contains any type of table data.

But even in such case, your best bet appears to be copying the table and inserting it into a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (XLS/XLSX). Thus you will be able to easily export it in CSV format.
