The only software that can reliably work with .cnv drawings is Canvas, the very same software that was used to save these files in first place. As for export to DXF format, this is supported in Canvas and is typically done for export of vector technical drawings and designs. It is unlikely any other tool can be used for this, considering that support for .cnv files is somewhat limited.
