Considering the fact that both .cbz and .cbr files are essentially renamed ZIP/RAR archives, you can just simply decompress the CBZ file with any ZIP compatible archiver and compress it again with RAR and afterwards and rename the extension to CBR. This is pretty much the whole cbz to cbr conversion.
The database currently does not contain any cbz file converter.
