cbr to txt conversion is a tricky one. Text based CBR files can be certainly exported as plain text files, but a lot of CBR comics are actually just pictures. It is unlikely these can be exported easily. For these you would have to extract the .cbr file (it's a RAR archive) and use OCR solution on individual JPG pictures that are found within.
