With the old iGrafx Designer it should be quite possible to export vector data from Micrografx Designer 7 images (.bin) and export these to DXF format. Probably very hard to find the nowadays, but if you get your hands on that program it should be possible. It doesn't seem that the new product called iGrafx is probably not related and will not work for this conversion.
