Blackberry backups in BBB format may contain various data, including saved contacts. These contacts can exported and saved a vCard file (usually .vcf) using programs like phoneMiner. After that you can import the contacts in almost any personal data manager or email client. VCF is the preferred file extension for vCard format however.
