You can find the ABC BlackBerry Converter utility, which should allow for a conversion between the Mac and Windows versions of BlackBerry backups files. It also seems some older version of BB Desktop Software did support both formats (that is .bbb and .ipd files) at the same time, but finding the exact version might be a little tricky.
