Convert AVI to VPROJ

This is not a conversion in the traditional sense, but it is certainly possible to import Audio Video Interleave files to new/existing VSDC Video Editor Projects (.avi to .vproj conversion). You won't find any third-party solutions for such conversion, since VPROJ is a proprietary file format.

Your only option is, therefore, using the VSDC Video Editor, which allows users to import AVI videos to new/existing projects. Such projects can then be saved/exported in VPROJ format.
