Convert AD_PRT to STEP

Alibre Design Professional offers use that allow users to export their designs (.ad_prt) to several alternative CAD formats, including standard ISO STEP product data file (.stp, .step). Such ad_prt to step conversion is done mainly to share designs in some exchange format, for users that do not have access to Alibre.
