Convert ABW to DOCX

AbiWord word processor uses a unique document format (.abw), but also gives users the option to export their documents to standard formats, including MS Word documents (.doc, .docx). Alas, we do not know about any other word processor for Windows / Mac that could open .abw files, but Linux users can use KWord word processor that supposedly can handle all of these file types as well.
