It is certainly not possible to convert Advanced Audio Coding Files directly to M3U Media Playlists (.aac to .m3u conversion). The reason is that you simply cannot convert a multimedia data file to a playlist file, which only references an actual audio file.
There are no currently available media editing programs or (online) converters capable of converting AAC to M3U format.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert AAC to M3U directly.
Thus, there is no so-called aac to m3u converter or a free online .aac to .m3u conversion tool.
